Stock up Asparagus and Other Hangover Foods Before New Year's Eve
To avoid that hangover after your new year's eve blowout, your body needs the right nutrition coming its way. So here's what you need to stock up on before heading out for the party: whole grains, avocados, bananas, cheese, almonds, asparagus.
Jack Gordon of Triomph Fitness swears by these, as most of them have been proven to be effective hangover cures. Of course, it's also a good idea to drink lots of water.
Gordon also has his own combo of what you should be having after you get home from your ender bender: a cup of yogurt, a cup of fruit (especially bananas for potassium), some honey and some ginger.
